I have been cooking probably since I could walk. I’m a commercial chef by trade and have been working in professional kitchens for more than a decade. I’ve had the privilege to represent my country on a national level.

As a child, I remember visiting my Nonna every Sunday and drooling over her mouth watering dishes that she would create for our family. Growing up in an Italian household, where food is viewed as the essence of life, it's a source of nourishment for the soul and body, and is truly a form of love. This was the moment I knew I had the passion and skills to create unique creations.

I make everything with love, precision, and use the best quality ingredients that are always sourced locally whenever possible. The use of traditional recipes that my Nonna passed down is what makes my cakes taste sensational. Made from scratch, I work closely with all my clients to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your final result. Like paint on a canvas, I take extra care in perfecting the finer details of your design.
